One Month Does Not Necessarily Signal a Trend…But Ogden Valley Real Estate Stats for May Showed a Sharp Drop Across Multiple Categories…a Tilt Toward a Buyer’s Market.
Properties sold in the Ogden Valley dropped from 20 in April to 7 in May. Median sales price of single family homes decreased from $1,222,000 to $989,000. And the biggest drop came in price per sq. ft. – from $440.00 to $309.00 for single family homes, and $423.00 to $306 for condos.
The other areas covered in this blog (see stats below) showed far less dramatic changes from April to May.
