June Real Estate Sales Statistics for the Ogden Valley and Ogden Areas Again Showed Both Ups and Downs for Sellers and Buyers, But Sellers Were Slightly Favored With an Edge in Stronger Numbers.
Leading the way in good news for sellers for June was single family home sales in the Ogden Valley. The median sales price jumped from $989,000 to $1,095,000, the price per sq. ft. went to $342 from $309, and days on the market dropped to 35 from 100.
Sales (single family and condos) along the Ogden Bench also showed an increase in median sales price from $382,000 to $460,000, as did North Ogden, from $612,000 to $710,000. Properties sold in North Ogden also went up, from 10 units sold in May to 19 in June.
The largest drop in median sales price from May to June was in Mountain Green, from $830,000 to $693,000.
The other areas covered in this blog (see stats below) showed less dramatic changes from May to June.
